Step 2 – Agreement

A ZLOOP Computer and Electronics Recycling Centers representative will work with your agency to schedule the optimal time for either On-Site or Off-Site processing.

Step 4 – Work Performance – Inventory
Accurate inventory is the first step in ZLOOP Computer and Electronics Recycling Centers procedure. All items that enter ZLOOP Computer and Electronics Recycling Centers’ care are tagged with an internal bar code and inventoried, based on serial number, asset tags, and other information.

Step 5 – Transportation
ZLOOP Computer and Electronics Recycling Centers’ armored truck is used in transporting your recyclables and sensitive data. Each is wired with the latest in GPS tracking technology and intrusion protection reinforcement. All employees entering your facility are U.S. citizens and have undergone thorough background checks.

Step 6 – Final Documentation
At the heart of ZLOOP Computer and Electronics Recycling Centers’ process is documentation. Once all data destruction and/or electronics recycling has been completed each agency receives a complete inventory of all actions taken and a Certificate of Destruction or a Certificate of Recycling. This documentation is your final representation that all work was completed. The certificate each agency receives is a notarized, legal document signed by a company officer. These certificates have been audited and are nationally recognized.
